Returning to the workplace.

Firstly, we hope you are doing well during this unusual time.

If you’re anything like us, recent time spent working remotely has only demonstrated the true value of meeting and working in person. We can’t wait to welcome you back as soon as restrictions allow! To facilitate this, we have been working hard to create a comprehensive COVID-safe plan that will ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our community.

COVID Safe Plan

  • Premium a-grade hand sanitiser is located all main areas including reception desks, kitchen areas, and the lounge.
  • Regular cleaning is occurring throughout our workspace, with particular attention paid to high traffic areas and touch points, such as coffee machines, door handles, taps, sinks, and dishwashers.
  • All members and visitors to The Cluster are required to sign in using our QR code software, to ensure accurate and immediate contact tracing.
  • Numbers are limited in all shared areas and masks must be worn in line with the most recent government guidance.
  • Clear signage is in place throughout the building to remind our members of social distancing and basic hygiene requirements.
  • Communal food and pantry items have been removed from our kitchens until further notice.
  • Virtual tours of our coworking and events space can be arranged, in lieu of visiting The Cluster in person.
  • Maximum capacities for our meeting rooms have been adjusted in line with social distancing regulations. We have also introduced longer turn around times between bookings to enable our team to deep clean the space.
  • Our team remains on hand to support you via email, phone, or zoom! We are providing members with regular updates and resources surrounding COVID-19, support for businesses, remote working, and more.
  • Any visitors, members, or staff of The Cluster are asked to stay at home if they feel unwell or display any symptoms related to COVID-19.
