Q. Is the price for telephony really only $15+GST ($16.50) per week?

Q. What do I get for this price?

A. You get a phone number, a land line, and a receptionist to answer your calls and pass them onto you or your voice message.

Q. How many incoming answered calls can I have each month with the telephony package?

A. We can answer around 150 calls for your business per month. We are not a large call centre, and offer more personalised service for businesses that require a professional receptionist to answer calls from time to time.

Q. How do you answer my calls?

A. We answer in your company name, and then there are options as to what we can do with your call. We can:

  1. Tell the caller you are out of the office and that we will put them through to your voice mail. This voice mail is emailed to you (free of charge) as a voice file, for you to access wherever you have email, or
  2. We can put calls through to your mobile (21 cents per minute) or home phone (12 cents flat). We tell you who is calling, and then we put them through. If you do not answer your phone, we usually send the call to the mobile or home phone voice message, or we can bring the call back to us, explain that you are not answering, and then send to the voicemail to email.

Q. What are the hours for answering my calls?

A. We answer calls between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Q. What happens to my calls after these times?

A. Calls can either be directed straight to the voicemail that we set up for you, or diverted straight to your mobile or home phone. Whichever you prefer.

Q. What happens if you miss one of my calls?

A.  This rarely happens, as we always prioritise virtual customer callers, and if receptionist 1 misses the calls because she is on another call, receptionist 2 will pick it up. If a call is missed, the call will be sent to wherever it is diverted to after hours, however this may happen only once every 6 months!

Q. What happens if I want to cancel my telephony and how much money does it cost to cancel?

A. You just need to give one months notice if you want to cancel, and there is only a $10 disconnection fee. We don’t believe in locking you into long and costly contracts. We are about supporting businesses, not penalising them and trying to take all their money!

Q. What if I want my messages written and emailed or sms’d to me?

A. We cannot do this, as we do not think interpreting people’s messages is wise. Only one small mistake needs to happen (like hearing an incorrect number) and the message is wrong. We believe that having the actual voice file of the person leaving the message is the safest option for all.

Q. What are the set up costs?

A. There are no set up costs. We just require one month’s security deposit and one month in advance. The security deposit is fully refundable once the service is cancelled.

Q. When will I be billed and how do I pay?

A. You will be sent an invoice 7 days prior to your payment being due. Each invoice is due on the first of each month. You can pay via credit card (2% surcharge for Visa/Mastercard and 3% for AMEX), or direct debit.

Q. What if I find someone who offers the same service and the same price?

A. Hahahaha, that is funny. We doubt you will, and if you do, we guarantee some sneaky hidden costs when you are all signed up! The Cluster telephony is the best option for your business, and we again stress, we are about helping your business, and providing a professional front, and not pinching every penny from you. We believe that if we can help your business grow, that eventually when you are a billionaire, you will buy us a reasonable sized yacht with a full time butler. Ok?
